You might not expect much a small taco shop that opened up along the side of the Valero gas station, but wow. El Pueblo has grown with the demand for their inexpensive, authentic Mexican cuisine expanding the inside of the restaurant and adding a large patio. 

Local Tip: This is the only restaurant in Cardiff open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Also there fish tacos are only .99 and unlimited every day!
